Bridget A. Morrissey

is the founder and CEO of MYSTIC SHORE FINANCIAL GROUP, Inc. Licensed in Connecticut and Rhode Island for Health and Life Insurance Bridget represents Anthem, Aetna, Connecticare and is affiliated with The Chamber Insurance Trust. Bridget is a District General Agent for Colonial Life specializing in Benefits Communications. She is responsible for recruiting and training new agents in Southeastern Connecticut.
Morrissey attended the Colonial Life Management Development Conference in Dallas, Texas in January 2008. She has also attended the Senior Market Advisor Academy in Nashville, TN and assists both baby-boomers and retirees in planning for retirement. She has also been recognized for outstanding achievement in employee benefits programs with the Founder's Award from AFLAC.
Well known in Southeastern Connecticut, Bridget has been involved in numerous civic activities to benefit the area. Morrissey served on the committee for the Celts & Currachs Festival in New London, created the Business Before Hours and administered the Doolittle Raiders 63rd Reunion for the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce, and is on the nominating committee for the Mohegan District of the Boy Scouts of America. A member of St. Mary Star of the Sea Church in New London, Bridget is the facilitator of the Crown Ministries Program helping students with financial responsibility, serves as a Eucharistic Minister and a group leader in the Disciples in Mission Program. Morrissey ministers a program for inmates at York Correctional Facility in Niantic. She also serves on the Board of Directors for The Covenant Shelter in New London and is the co-chairperson for the annual "Turning Homeless into Hopeful" fundraiser dance for The Covenant Shelter and The New London Homeless Hospitality Center.
Bridget lives in Ledyard with her husband, Will. Morrissey' son, Adam Linicus and his wife, Melissa, live in Pawcatuck, and her other son, David Linicus lives in Stonington with his wife, Jessica, their three boys, six year old Nathan, and four year old twins, Austen and Jake.

William T. Morrissey, CAS

is a Certified Annuity Specialist and an IRA distribution expert. Will graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received a B.A. in Economics. He is past President of Pier 76 Marina in Westbrook, CT, and has served as Chairman of the Board of the Connecticut Marine Trades Association, Chairman of the Westbrook Economic Development Commission, and Chairman of the Covenant Shelter in New London.

Morrissey is active with St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, the Boy Scouts of America, Knights of Columbus Seaside Council # 17, Chamber of Commerce Golf Committees and New London Main Street. He is past Vice-President of the Notre Dame Club of Southeastern Connecticut and tries to get to see the Fighting Irish play football or basketball whenever possible. He is an Eagle Scout, past Harbormaster for Chester, CT and a DEP instructor for boating safety. He can be found many weekends with one of Bridget's three grandsons on his shoulders!
